SipStir is Andy Beach’s bar. Andy works where media, technology and story meet, and he has spent years writing down what he makes and why.

Those notes became the catalog SipStir answers from: his own specs, the classics he’s adapted, and the house rules behind each change. Some of his drinks he developed with Codee, the GPT bartender he built; they’re still his, and the label says so.
